Contract cancelled however still being billed and handed over when contract was canceled

I have taken out a contract with Telkom 2yrs ago, the contract expired in Oct, however i went through to the Telkom in the Glen branch as i was not able to get through on the telkom numbers and advise that i would like to cancel the contract ref ***6. they have been debiting my acc withh R99 which i have reversed and then handed me over to nudebt and debited my account with R301.

I WOULD WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELED AS PER MY PREVIOUS REQUESTS AND IF THERE IS ANY NEGATIVE IMPLICATIONS ON MY CREDIT PROFILE I WOULD LIKE IT REMOVED ASAP
