Contract cancelled but you debited my account

<p>What do you people want from me honestly? You found that my my device was not working as you said it would,you sent the technician,you made me pay R210 for the device and now you debited my account,for what? The NCC knows the contract is ended and that I am not liable to pay you even **** to your lawyer about me wanting to keep the damn device. I am going to foward this to your lawyer Tracey and the NCC. You people like ****ing me off.</p>
