Contract cancelled but telkom refutes it

I sent a cancellation form to Telkom on 2 9 September, on 4 October I received confirmation from Steven Maubane that my contract was cancelled, now Telkom calls me and tells me my contract is not cancelled and they will continud to help themselves to my money! Ths **** Steven Maubane and his thieving co horts need to explain !
