contract cancelled but still take money from acc

On 2aug15 I cancelled contract with cancellation form. Nothing happened and telkom kept taking money from my bank acc. After numerous emails and phonecalls they send sms on 10/02/16 stating that contract was cencelled. But no money was paid back for months contract was cancelled and not working, and they still take money from my account. At 29/02/16 they debited my account again. Case numbers ***7 and ***9. Phone number that was cancelled ***
