Contract Cancelled but still paying

<p>I signed a contract with Telkom but the information regarding this product was untrue, I therefore emailed my cancellation to them. Apparantly they never got my email but on my side i received a confirmation. When contacting Telkom and spending 36 minutes on the line, they just said sorry but they never got my email. All the money that was taken off my account will not be refunded to me. This is unexceptable from such a big Company., And when you do phone, there is never a Manager or Supervisor present to take your call. Pathetic !!!!!</p>
