Contract Cancelled but money not paid back

On 1Nov 2015 Cell cancelled my cellphone contract that ended 19Dec 2015 only to see that on 1Feb 2016 that R794-89 was deducted. I phoned Telkom Mobile call Center where the agent confirmed with case no. ***6 that the money will be paid back within 7 working day till to day nothing was paid back. Phoned call center 11Feb and was told that money Might be paid back before the end of the month. This unacceptable as this ***** Telkom mobile and now I must pay bank charges bank charges If I go to Bank to reverse transaction. Telkom Mobile PAY BACK THE MONEY NOW.
