Contract cancelled

<p>During December I cancelled a contract with Telkom. They gave me a reference number. In February I went to Telkomand found that the conract was not cancelled. They actually extended the contract without my knowledge. I got a second reference number on Friday 2017-02-10 and has not received any feedback. People at the counters are not able to assist and say they cannot assist. for two months I have been payng for services I cannot use. </p>
