Contract cancelled 13 months ago but still deducting money

<p>I took a contract with 8Ta in August 2013, last year it took me them more than 2 months to cancel the contract after they have been deducting R368 from me. Ever since last year around October they have been deducting R39 every month on my bank account for a reason I don't understand. I did talk to the consultant by the name of Nomaswazi Ndlanzi who gave me an email address that is not existing to send the cancellation form to which is something that I was told by the consultant at Stellenbosch Telkom Store. I've been sending e-mails to Retentions - Cancellations TM ********** with the monthly invoices still asking why are they deducting R39 every month but no response.
