Contract cancellation/Phone Exchange after 1 Day of purchase

Good Day

We purchased a Huawei P40 lite at your Wetwood Mall branch yesterday (11/07/2020).

We were not allowed to interact with he Demo models due to the pandemic. Upon arrival home it was realised that the P40 lite did not suffice interms of Camera capabilities.

Today (12/07/2020) we returned to the Westwood branch to return the mobile and ask for a change of contract to another mobile but was told they cannot do that as it is against policy.
