Contract cancellation since August 2024

I have been querying a refund with Telkom which was done on the 1st of October 2024 after I had requested a contract cancelled.

I have been requested to submit banking details for a refund and nothing has been paid into my account since then. It’s completely unacceptable to be a told my query has been resolved but we in December 2024 there hasn’t been any form of communication advising what the delay is. Completely unprofessional service received from Telkom thus far and I believe if a refund is due to I shouldn’t be **** to.

No sense of urgency whatsoever!
