Contract cancellation nightmare

I am at Telkom Three Rivers to cancel my cellphone contract. I have been waiting for 30 minutes; I am still waiting. The cancellation process is a nightmare. The lady assisting me says the cancellation department never picks up phones. She has dialled the phone twice to get help with the cancellation but no one is picking up the phone on the other end.
