Contract Cancellation Gone Sooo Wrong

I am so angry, Yesterday I had the misfortune of speaking to a Sipho Hlatshwayo; he was so very rude and arrogant even refused for me to escalate my call to a manager. However my query was to cancel my 061 number as the contract has reached its end is now on a rolling contract as they call it, when he advised I can only cancel it in December, this did not include the 30 day notice [period to cancel my contract. What had actually upset me more than anything was the fact that I had spoken to a nice lady in sales who had advised I just need to give notice to end my contract.

I had called the client services last month as well and they advised the same thing that I can start my notice in November.

This Sipho character has left me with a bad taste, I’ve never experienced such blatant disregard of a customer’s rights and such outright rudeness; his service was disgusting to say the least. Even after being on hold with him for 50 minutes he had the audacity to hang up on me.

He is the worst customer service agent I have ever come across.
