CONTRACT CANCELLATION

WORST TELECOM COMPANY EVER!!!!! I had a Telkom contract and two years ago i went to TELKOM IN GREENSTONE MALL to Cancel it and it came to my surprise that it wasn't cancel and they kept trying to debit money from my account and when they didn't get that they charged me a no fund in my account cost ( as per the sales agent) fast forward they black listed me bearing in mind the contract was canceled and i was now on prepared. i tried calling the call centre of which is no use because you cant get help there. So i went to the branch and then they sent a message to they call centre to give me a call of which they did. spoke to a call centre Agent Vusi that explained to me that my contract wasnt canceled when i initially went to cancel it hence the billing kept going, and said if i pay that amount they will send me a clear up letter to state that my name has been cleared. So i paid that amount and sent all the POP to him but his not responding to my emails now I've sent four emails with no respond.
