Contract cancellation and refund

I cancelled my contract at a Telkom store in January but I was surprised when I received statements and my account being deducted. I called Telkom several times to resolve this matter but I wasn't assisted until I went back to the store again (23 May 2020), that's when it I was cancelled and now I'm still waiting for my refund.
