contract cancellation
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>i have 2 contracts with Telkom mobile of which the contract ended the 05 of June 2017. i have been sending cancellation letters for both contract but it seems like they are not willing to cancell them. i have been phoning asking as to when the contracts be cancelled but i have been told that the system doesnt show any cancellations. firstly i spoke to Mbalenhle Mathe and she asked if i foward her the cancellation letters so that she can excalate them to the correct department, still i havent heard nothing from her.</p> <p>secondly i spoke to Chesly and he promised that someone from the cancellation department will contact me before the end of the day but no one contacted me.
