Contract cancellation

<p>I can't keep up with your promises now, people calling us lie, I was phoned by Ursula Naidoo with regard that I qualify for HUAWEI Y3 and told me that if i I don't like it I can return it, I didn't like it and phoned them back but I was told they cannot take it back because I have opened it. I wanted to cancel that contract I was then told to pay for the device, I paid for it R1 3 73 but still that contract hasn't been cancelled, money is being debited from my account. I'm still waiting for someone to help me they all promise to cancel it but they dont. What should I do, this is too much for me. If possible please call me </p>
