Contract Cancellation

<p>I went to one of you stores to close my cellphone account on the 24/11/16 and was advised that someone would call me to complete the cancelllaton.No one called , I decided to call on the 09/12/16 and I was told it take 7weeks for the contract to be closed ,I again had to call on the 24/01/17 still nothing has been done and was told someone will call me in 48hrs to assist me ...still waiting? What is the part of cancellation request don't you guys understand...please cancel this contract.!!!!</p>
