Contract cancellation
I am not paying this month, cancel my contract, you have made the cancellation process impossible, I am not going to pay please cancel my contract.
I have called multiple times but my calls get cut off, cancel my contract telkom

04 Dec 2024, 19:03Telkom never came back to me, they are horrible when it comes to customer service, they have handed me over to debt collectors and they still continue to bill my account, I have not been able to use their service for months since they suspended it after I stopped paying.
I have tried multiple times to cancel this contract before the suspension, but it was not successful, USE TELKOM SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK, they don't want customers to cancel contracts, they will give you a run around until they blacklist you rather than cancelling your contract, this is the worst service I have ever gotten from a provider.
I don't ever want to take up any service with telkom because they are full of **** and horrible with customer service, all they want is for you to just continue paying regardless of the ****ty service they provide.
