Contract Cancellation
I had a contract with Telkom for two years and the trouble started when I had to cancel the contract because I did not want to renew or upgrade it. I sent through my cancellation form in December or November 2017. I spoke to 6 consultants and their Team Leader and they all asked me to resend the form. I did that and I was never assisted and the Team Leader promised to get back to me and she never did. I still receive their monthly invoices and I even stopped using the sim card and their data. It's almost a year now and I have not been assisted as yet.
I honestly don't know what one needs to do in order to be assisted by Telkom. I still have all the names of every consultant that I spoke to.
