Contract Cancellation
Tried cancelling my contract, after expiry, for more than 12 months and debit orders keep on deducting. If you cancel the deductions, you get penalized with an amount more than the contract itself. Tried emailing, call centers, etc., still no response from Telkom.
Easy to enter contracts, difficult to leave. I know the process to cancel contracts, so don't even try and lecture me on that.
