Contract Cancellation

it is so difficult to cancel contract with Telkom. and they do it deliberately so that you can continue paying even if your contract is expired. Tried everything to cancel my contract without success, phoned Telkom customer care, visited the nearest store. But I’m getting the same results. I cannot cancel my contract, they referred me to Telkom website and there is no cancellation option. Why should I struggle so much just for cancelling a contract? Telkom is useless.
