Contract cancellation
I am immigrating at the end of July and I want to cancel my Telkom Mobile contracts. I phoned the call center and received an astronomical quote to cancel the contracts. How is it possible to be billed for the entire remaining value of the contracts??? And then I have to pay an additional early cancellation fee??? I understand paying the phone premium and maybe a part of the remaining contract value, but SERIOUSLY??
