Contract cancellation

<p>Cancelling my telkom contract has been a nightmare. Its been more 3 months since I have been trying to cancel it, spoke to more than 6 consultants about cancelling this. They all would say the same thing to me "email me the cancellation documents and I will escalate this" 3 months later, nothing! It honestly feels as if it's a delay tactic that they are playing and I have asked the consultants and managers numerous times that why must I really keep paying for a service that I don't want. I actually feel ****med by Telkom.</p>
