Contract Cancellation

Good day , my query is related to a cancellation request dated 07/03/2016 which has still not been cancelled after multiple requests with Telkom and also Mobile Talk. * I took out the contract with Mobile Talk . * The device was returned to the Telkom Store in Tygervalley after which I received a goods return note 102283 (07/03/2016) * This was signed off by the store manager Emile DuPreez. * I have returned to the Telkom store many times and the device returned is no longer in their possession. * They cannot confirm whether this device was passed on to a different client. * I do not know what else I need to do to get this contract cancelled as the logs keep getting closed even though it is not resolved. * I find it rather shocking that between Mobile Talk and Telkom I have not received any feedback from either parties to resolve this matter. * Please cancel this contract and refund all monies you have deducted from my account.
