Contract cancellation

I had an Data contract contract and went to the brunch to cancel/close in January, I got debited in March and I wasn’t supposed to be debited because the contract is closed. I just received a statement from them again that I’m still to be debited again this of April. I don’t understand how and why. I haven’t been using their product for 6 months now and I cancelled it but I’m getting debited.
