Contract canceled without my authorization

@TelkomZA my contract was canceled without my authorization. Now I am told to pay a penalty of R5 600 who does that??? I needed a premature quote to weigh my options, as your branch at festival mall sold me a faulty laptop that has been to hp more than I can count.i cannot pay the amount I did not agree to.someone need you fix this before debit order date the 31st
