Contract canceled due to lack of service and inability to assist with upgrades

This is the most unprofessional and unhelpful service provider. I have been trying to upgrade my contract for the past month, after contacting the kiosk in Tzaneen they said I must come to the kiosk to complete my application and fingerprints, however I was turned away. They were unable to assist and stated that the items cannot be courier to the kiosk or delivered to my address, thus I was unable to upgrade once again.

Definitely canceling my contract with them.
