Contract cancelation issues

I've had such a bad experience with telkom after 5 years with them... I had 2 contracts and canceled them on line end of April only for my data line to be canceled and not migrated to prepaid within 4 days without prior notice, I had so much data on there and when I called thier customer care I got so many different stories and no help, I even went to their shop in ****arney mall and they also misled me. I want my data back please.
