Contract cancelation

I went to your shop on 25/03/2021 at mall of the south to cancel my contract since it has expired only to my surprise they didn't cancel it. I sent an email with cancellation form and ID on 27/05/2021f I still haven't received any feedback what must a person do to cancel a contract from you guy's ?
