Contract Cancelation

I have been trying to get help with below. Telkom Cradock store, worse customer service.

My request below: I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the cancellation of my phone contract at the Telkom store in Cradock.

On my visit to the store, I requested assistance with the cancellation of my phone contract. However, the service I received was unsatisfactory, as the cancellation was either not processed correctly or was handled in a manner that was unclear and inconsistent with the information provided to me. Despite following the required procedures and relying on the guidance given by the store staff, my contract issue remains unresolved.

This experience has caused me unnecessary inconvenience and concern, particularly as I expected a professional and transparent service when dealing with an in-store cancellation. I am disappointed by the lack of clear communication and the failure to resolve the matter at the time of my visit.

I kindly request a full explanation of what occurred, confirmation of the current status of my contract, and prompt resolution of this matter. I would also appreciate assurance that appropriate measures will be taken to prevent similar issues for other customers in the future.
