Contract cancelation as today was my 30 day notice. Hope that will b taken into consideration

I called to cancel my contract had to wait for 20 minutes before a consultant responded. Then Rethabile answered my call then assured to assist, she plsced me on hold then wrapped the call intentionally so. Disappointed that we hold for so long and consultant wraps the call while on hold instate of removing me on hold.
