Contract cancelation and escalation

The worst part of it all is that I have never missed a payment during my contract. Only for Telkom not to cancel cause I know one has to call in to ensure insurance etc are canceled but it is not automated when a contract ends. Tried calling and sent emails to no assistance, now matter escalated and at risk of being blacklisted. Nonsense company and never again will I spend my money on such an *********** excuse.
