Contract Cancelation

I have taken a contract with your authorized reseller Mondo, I then canceled it within the grace period of 7days but it been 3 months now am still been to told my matter has been escalated. To make matter worse I was not even given the Data the the contract was on agreed on. Very disappointed with this service and m paying debut order for something I don't even need.
