Contract Cancelation

I canceled my contract with Telkom, at the end of the cancelation month, rather my sim was blocked and contract not canceled and no one at Telkom seems to know the solution to my problem. The blocked number is my business line and I have been struggling since clients can't contact me and I provide essential services.
