Contract Cancelation

Its always a nightmare to do a cancelation with Telkom. I sent my notice of cancellation in Nov 2024 and i was informed that the cancellation is approved: ***7. In Dec debit order went off which is fine and that was suppose to be the last one. This year Jan , debit order went off again. this is frustrating. the call center is useless!!
