Contract cancelation
<p>I have BEEN trying to cancel my cell phone contract with Telkom since 19 May 2016 today I sent my 3rd email with not so much as an automated email acknowledging my request. 1st time around I sent the email to *** and ***, I immediately received an acknowledgment email from ***. I proceeded to call their customer services who told me to visit a branch and do the cancelation there. When I visited the branch i was told that cancelations are not done in the branch and I should email my request to cancel this contract. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have no idea what to do because they don’t even have an email address for a complaint department and it seems like no one is willing to assist me as I am being passed from pillar to post with this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Really disappointed in the way this matter has been handled and to think I was considering using them in my house as well.</p>

12 Jun 2016, 13:00So i have responded to this and forwarded all the emails i have sent to telkom without any response. My contract is coming to an end in a couple of days and after weeks of trying to cancel it i have still not recived any sort of response to my cancelation.
