******** contract by Telkom on my behalf

Good day,

My name is Josph Ramaheli (***), i currently have a contract with Telkom which i took out in 2022 Dec and is coming to an end 2024 Dec. Today, i went to check for my eligibility to upgrade my contract and to my surprise, i have a new contract which apparently i took out last month August and handsets were delivered to me which i did not take. Can you help me revere this contract that i have no idea of.
