Contract breaching !!

have two accounts with Telkom one phone I use for business and the other one is a personal phone . Since last month 12/06/2018 I have been having trouble with the one phone . I cant what's app but my what's app bundle is not finished yet. I phoned in on Friday 13/07/2018 and I spoke to a lady that told me you guys had complaints the whole day about the what's app bundle not working she said she will write my number down and give it to tech control to sort it out for me. on Saturday 14/07/2018 I phoned in as well as I need this phone working as I'm using it for my business and the guy told me that I need data to use my what's app bundle. Now my question is since when is that and WHY have no one let me know of this as I have been using this phone with my what's app bundle for the past year and I did not once load data to use my what's app bundle. My second question is now that since I have to load data to use my what's app bundel why is my personal phone working fine with no data needed, it just uses the what's app bundle. I read my contract that I have with Telkom and it states that I get FREE IM what's app and bbm data. Like I said I have use this phones for over a year and I never ever needed data to let the what's app bundle work so they don't need to come with that excuses poor service that I'm getting from Telkom, I had numerous problems with this service provider. I cant afford to lose business because of your BAD SERVICE
