Contract Blocked

<p> I have a problem with Telkom Mobile. I did'nt pay for my phone in December because i had resigned and only got paid half salry. I notified Telkom and my phone was blocked anyway which is fair and within their rights to do so. I have paid for both Decemeber and January now and i was told that my services will resume within 7 day max . I'm beyond 7 days now and my phone is still blocked.</p>
