Contract Billing

<p>I would like to complain with Telkom Billing system, I have Ipad and phone contract, both of them I suppose to pay 239.00 But they always charged me 714.00. They failed even to explain to me, the worst part I spoke to the consultant Londiwe she also failed to explain to me the I asked the Supervisor but I waited for more 30 minutes, then I decided to drop the phone, I feel it's day light *******, Telkom it's ripping me off, another point I would like to highlight, they **** to me they called me and said the contract is due on 30/10 2016. So I'm qualify for an upgrade and they give me the contract for 99.00. Which I was paying only 139.00 for an Ipad.So if my calculations are correct I suppose to pay 99+139 = 239 but they bill me 714.00 every month. </p>
