contract approved, store has no stock, but will not communicate with other stores for stock

Ii have done a contract at norwood store but they don't know when they are receiving stock of the p8 lite 2017 model. I called in telkom direct and the consultant advised me that the rosebank and Jhb store has stock of these phones. i called in Norwood mall to advise them of this but i was told that the norwood mall cannot contact the rosebank store. i mean for god's sake they are part of telkom but cannot communicate with one another. my details are on the system, my contract is approved but i cannot get my phones. this is the dont care attitude received from Telkom Norwood.
