CONTRACT APPROVED BUT CANT GET THE PHONE

<p>On 5 January 2017 I app**** for the R199 contract for the P9 Lite, at the time there was no stock as the Factory had just opened, the Sales Consultant advised that I was still able to apply for the contract and then could just wait for the phone to come. On 20 January 2017 I received an sms advising that Telkom no longer has the R199 deal however, if i still wanted the phone I could get it at R249!!!! The contract was signed and approved!!!! At no point was it said "while stocks last or whatever".</p> <p> </p> <p>TELKOM is *********!!!! What does a CONTRACT mean??? IT IS BINDING!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>FURIOUS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BRANCH MANAGER NASIEF KAHAAR WHO DOES NOT ANSWER EMAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
