Contract Application WiFi Router

3 weeks back i went to apply for a wifi router for my business at Telkom Maponya Mall branch,<br> i submitted all that was required for a business contract and i was advised that i will get notification in 7 working days so i can come collect the device.<br> Till today i haven't received any notification/ communication whatsoever about my application,<br> i went to the branch today (12 april) just to follow up, and i was assisted by consultants whom didn't seem to me that they know what they doing, they kept on asking questions as if it's first time they are getting a customer whose applying for a business contract.<br> i was told that the person that probably assisted me was Mpho and they do not know what happened to my application.<br> <br> the name of my business is Amani Management Consultancy, i just wanted to find out as to why there is such a delay in my contract application instead i received no assistance at all.<br> i asked for a branch manager's details , they told me it was Oscar Mathibo.<br> <br> i just need light as to am i getting my router or not, if not i will go to the other service provider.<br>
