Contract application: Telkom is trying to take money from me without confirmation communicated to me.

I've app**** for a contract online over 2 weeks ago. I haven't been called since. I app**** again last week, provided them my bank details and all info necessary for the online application. I received an email saying they will contact me soon(within 48 hours) no one has contacted me yet. I called the call center and get transferred to different departments. I called this morning and they told me they've submitted another request to contact me to finalize the approval. I gave them my bank details and everything seems like they might just debit me and I don't even have the phone. Telkom is trying to take money from me without confirmation communicated to me.
