Contract Application for Telkom Mobile

I app**** online for a Telkom Freeme Sim only 1GB, 24 month package on 19 March 2020 for R100 per month. I was then contacted the following day saying that those packages were no longer valid and I would have to pay R139 for a similar inferior package, I did however apply for the contract while other contract options were still available and valid. Please assist
