Contract application doom

<p>My boyfriend and I app**** for a contract phone on the 26th of October at Telkom Traderoute mall and it was by far one of the worst services ever. We took all doc required when we went there. But every week there was something outstanding if there wasnt a problem with the bank statements the proof of residence was old even though it was valid when we took it. He never even called to say these things, we'd find out when we went to follow up. Not once did he call to let us know about the outcome even though he had promised to do so every week. We since had to cancel and get a phone elsewhere because we waited to over a month to even hear whether the phone was approved or not. Ill never go Telkom for anything or recommend it to anyone. Kishen is the worst sales consultant and he needs to be reprimanded. I dont want to be called because I had escalated this. </p>
