CONTRACT APPLICATION

Did a Telkom contract application through iStore The Glen on 28 May 2021. Was informed that it takes between 1 and 24 hours to receive feedback on the application. On 31 May, I received a call to say that Telkom has CANCELLED the application without any reason given. The consultants at iStore managed to reapply for the contract on 02 or 03 June, and on 04 June I received another calling saying that telkom cancelled the application on their side once again. Not approved or declined, simply just cancelled without any given reason. Useless.
