Contract and insurance cancellation

I will never ever buy a phone from telkom. I canceled my contract and insurance in February. They are still deducting. They don’t have a call center to help anyone anymore because they know they’re horrible. They tell you to go online. That online service doesn’t work at all , gives an error. Are you guys going to debit me forever??? This is not the first time , I have given telkom many chances. I will never again!!!! They actually deserve no star
