Contract allocation done incorrecty
Hi<br> <br> I opened up a contract at the Sandton City branch in September. I gave all my information and the contract was approved. I now received a call from another person who said the account was allocated to him. We have the same surname so the sales person linked my contract to his account. I have contacted the call center and logged a case but it seems nothing as yet been done. <br> <br> When I opened the account there was a delay due to technical issue where the systems were very slow
