Contract age

Trying from January to sort out my cellphone contract that was taken on the 7th July 2018 and was supposed to end this month but the dates are incorrect and shows it's to expire in 2021 .The consultants from the 081180 call centre cant seem to help me and never ever get back to me .what do I do now ?...who can I contact ?
